Information you submit
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry category, subject and message. It also records a reference number, submission time, source page and the version of this notice acknowledged with your enquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential business material.
Why we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry, investigate a correction or discuss a contribution or advertising proposal. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list, book advertising or authorise publication of your message.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database using ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. They are reviewed through restricted platform administration tools. There is no public enquiry list or public access to submitted messages. No automatic email acknowledgement is sent by this form.
Retention
Form entries older than 12 months are removed during subsequent successful enquiry submissions; removal is not an exact daily schedule. Correspondence that you subsequently exchange with the team may be kept separately for the relevant business purpose. Use the privacy-request category to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry and include its reference number. Requests may require verification of your identity.
Spam prevention and technical data
The form applies input checks and limits repeated submissions. Short-lived counters use a hashed, time-bucketed network address, rather than storing a raw IP address in the enquiry record. Expired counters are removed during subsequent successful submissions. Hosting providers may separately process request logs and security information under their service policies.
Reading and search
Website search runs in your browser. This version does not add advertising trackers or a newsletter subscription service. Your browser and the hosting platform may use essential technology to deliver the site and enforce access settings.
